CPA ou Bachelier en Comptabilité
On grandit vite, et on cherche une personne solide en comptabilité pour structurer, analyser et soutenir notre croissance.
Sommaire du poste
Rôle clé dans la santé financière et opérationnelle de Hardware Rebels. Tu seras responsable de la tenue de livres, des analyses financières, du suivi des marges, et du soutien stratégique aux opérations (achats, importations, inventaires, projets spéciaux).
Description des tâches
- Gérer la comptabilité générale (GL), les écritures mensuelles et les conciliations.
- Effectuer le suivi des comptes payables et recevables.
- Analyser les coûts, marges, écarts et tendances financières.
- Participer à la gestion des inventaires multi‑sites.
- Collaborer avec les opérations pour optimiser les processus financiers.
- Préparer les rapports pour les partenaires, institutions financières et fournisseurs.
- Soutenir la direction dans la planification budgétaire et les prévisions.
- Assurer la conformité fiscale (TPS/TVQ, DAS, etc.).
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des systèmes (Excel, ERP, tableaux de bord).
- Préparation & planification des paiements et des flux de trésorerie multidevises.
- Projets divers d’amélioration continue en lien avec votre champ d’expertise.
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

- Confort à collaborer avec une équipe multidisciplinaire (design, logistique, achats).
Qualifications requises
- CPA ou Baccalauréat en comptabilité / finance
- 3 à 7 ans d’expérience en comptabilité (PME, distribution ou manufacturier = un atout)
- Solide maîtrise d’Excel et aisance avec les systèmes comptables, expérience avec Quickbooks (un atout).
- Expérience avec la suite Microsoft 365, y compris Word, Excel, OneDrive et d'autres outils de la suite Office.
- Français et anglais parlés et écrits.

Hardware Rebels offers turnkey services for North American companies in the commercial, residential and government furniture sectors. We are growing fast and we are looking for a strong accounting professional to help structure, analyze and support our expansion.
Job Description
Key role in the financial and operational wealth of Hardware Rebels. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, financial analysis, margin tracking and strategic support for operations (purchasing, imports, inventory, special projects).
Responsibilities

Manage general accounting (GL), monthly entries and reconciliations.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable.

Analyze costs, margins, variances and financial trends.

Participate in multisite inventory management.

Collaborate with operations to optimize financial processes.
-
Prepare reports for partners, financial institutions and suppliers.

Support management in budget planning and forecasting.
-
Ensure tax compliance (GST/QST, payroll remittances, etc.).

Contribute to continuous improvement of systems (Excel, ERP, dashboards).

Preparation & planning of multicurrency payments and cash flows.
-
Lead various continuous improvement projects related to your expertise.

Perform any other related tasks.

Required Qualifications

CPA designation or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.

3 to 7 years of accounting experience (SME, distribution or manufacturing experience= an asset).

Strong Excel skills and ease with accounting systems; experience with QuickBooks (an asset).

Experience with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, OneDrive and other Office tools.

Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
